Zootechnical waste

Subject to the best available techniques described in the European BAT, it is a floating covering system suitable for all surfaces, but even more so, for all those zootechnical waste collection basins which for reasons of size cannot use other covering systems for the reduction of emissions into the atmosphere.

Adaptable to any tank or lagoon shape, Cover Ball offers a concrete solution to the reduction of ammonia fumes deriving from livestock waste.
Suitable especially for pig slurry, it can also be used with other types of heavier slurry combined with a liquid/solid separation system.

The Cover Ball floating roofing system is free of any type of maintenance or replenishment over the years and is completely recyclable at the end of its life as it is made entirely of HDPE.

Technical Features

  • Easy installation. The spheres, once introduced into the tank, naturally assume an equal distribution over the area
  • Rain water. Unlike fixed roofs, the spheres allow rainwater to pass through. This allows you not to have any type of stagnation
  • No Maintenance. No type of maintenance or reintegration over time
  • The spheres follow the level of the liquid and allow any type of work inside the tank
  • The material with which they are built (HDPE – high density polyethylene) guarantees a long life to the cover
  • Virgin HDPE, therefore totally recyclable at the end of its life

  • Quick and easy installation
  • Each sphere is built to live a long time and free from "Biosphenol-A"
  • No type of maintenance
